　　Responsibilities

　　Ensure site operators have clear, precise expectations of the project's progress.

　　Prepare work to be estimated by gathering blueprints, specifications, and related documents.

　　Ensure billing is performed as projects are completed.

　　Ability to cost code projects.

　　Identify labor, materials, and timelines.

　　Working Conditions

　　Mostly outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions and temperatures.

　　Able to work 8 to 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week, overtime as required, and night shifts.

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environment

　　working in a non-temperature controlled environment
