Work as a first-level manager who is responsible for leading the onsite Event Services Experience in our Downtown Los Angeles Offices. As a member of the Site Services & Operations team, you will consistently apply organizational policies, guidelines, and business objectives to effectively resolve issues. You will lead, manage, and oversee the performance and development of a small team of associates.

You are a steward of the physical environment, manage services and their impact on Capital Group's culture, core values and core businesses.You manage the event planning experience with services including (but not limited to):
Catering BudgetEnd-to end Event Planning & Execution PhaseFood Service OperationsReceptionVendor ManagementVisitor Services (Visitor management, access)You proactively coordinate logistics with the internal Office Service functional teams, Site Operations, IT & external vendors to ensure that the facilities, technology & event experience are at the highest standard.You provide guidance on operational issues, technical questions, business processes and management concerns.You collaborate with senior management to establish standards and guidelines for the services performed by Office Services, ensuring established guidelines are followed by the team.You manage associate's performance, including establishing goals to support business objectives and CG's long-term strategy.You consult with site leadership to assess, recommend, and respond to urgent and/or highly visible business events (e.g., safety and security response issues, business continuity events, crisis management, leadership meetings etc.) as needed.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $99,025-$158,440
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
