We are seeking a dynamic individual with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and OTBI to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering HCM OTBI and BI Publisher reports, dashboards, and analytics. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze complex data sets, and optimize data models. Additionally, they will provide ongoing support for Oracle HCM Cloud solutions and mentor team members. Strong client interfacing skills are essential, as is the ability to lead data reporting and analytical projects through various stages.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, maintain, and deliver HCM OTBI and BI Publisher reporting, dashboards, analytics, and extracts.
Collaborate effectively with IT and business stakeholders, showcasing excellent client interfacing skills and crafting technical strategies and design documents.
Lead and execute data reporting and analytical needs through all project stages, including Business Understanding, Data Understanding, Data Acquisition, Preparation, Testing, Validation, Visualization/Model Development, Deployment, Maintenance, and Retirement.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using OTBI within the Oracle HCM suite.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translating them into actionable BI solutions.
Analyze complex data sets to derive meaningful conclusions and recommendations for HR and business stakeholders.
Create and optimize data models, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and accessibility of information.
Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and enhancements, implementing changes to enhance BI capabilities.
Implement BI solutions efficiently and provide ongoing support for Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
Train and mentor team members, promoting best practices.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and proficiency in OTBI.
Comprehensive understanding of HR data and processes, coupled with hands-on experience in data analysis and visualization tools.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful BI solutions.
A proven track record in client interfacing, working alongside both IT and business stakeholders.
Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud or relevant BI tools is an added advantag
