My client is looking for their next Warehouse Manager to join their expanding company! You need a minimum of 2 years experience in Retail, E-Commerce, or Warehouse Management to be considered. E-Commerce or Retail is a plus!

Responsibilities
Order Management & Fulfillment
Oversees picking, packing, and auditing all outgoing orders ensuring accuracy and quality while meetings strict internal fulfillment deadlines
Reviews all specialty shipping, including bulk orders and outgoing international shipments
Works with Web Team and E-Commerce Operations Manager to resolve order exceptions to ensure timely resolution
Completes a monthly review of post-fulfillment issues and provides feedback
Coordinates drop off and pick up with carrier partners & STAG store locations
Monitor shipping rates and ensure accurate postage is applied
Inventory Operations & Maintenance
Manage daily routines, cleaning, building maintenance, and office organization
Implement inventory handling systems and organize processing in priority of importance
Establishes standards in receiving goods, tagging placement, and maintaining product integrity
Maintains a high level of warehouse standards including folding, sorting, and cleanliness appropriate to merchandise storage
Conducts accurate inventory counts and completes the inventory reconciliation process
Stay up to date on warehouse technology and reviews product history
Monitors and orders supplies in advance, identifying cost-saving opportunities
Communication & Leadership
Lead and motivate staff to achieve operational goals by conducting regular training sessions
Communicates openly with team members
Email project timelines and communicate completion
Analyze warehouse results
