　　ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

　　What role you will play in our team

　　ExxonMobil is looking for outstanding candidates to be part of ExxonMobil Supply Chain (EMSC) and contribute to the success of a growing Product Solutions (EMPS) business. Ethanol Supply Coordinators serve an essential role in the supply chain, executing the supply plan by ensuring appropriate availability of ethanol at our gasoline terminals and driving value. Demonstrated performance will lead to a career path with increasing responsibility and leadership opportunities within EMSC or other functions/business lines within EMPS, or other divisions across ExxonMobil.

　　This position will be located at our headquarters in Spring, TX near Houston, TX.

　　What you will do

　　Coordinate the supply/demand balance cycle with appropriate internal and external parties to meet demand plans

　　Create weekly/monthly supply/demand balances plans, including inventory profiles when needed and propose supply/trading signals

　　Interface with Trading team and provide capability/constraints into the supply planning process

　　Develop and execute supply chain improvement initiatives to drive value chain capture/creation and manage bulk supply to the lowest delivered product cost

　　Provide technical/coordination support to daily operational issues

　　Interface with trading, internal supply chain contacts, suppliers, and/or logistics providers as appropriate to perform job responsibilities

　　Mentor/coach other supply coordinators on the team

　　About you

　　Skills and Qualifications

　　Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or relevant technical field from an accredited university

　　3+ years’ experience in supply coordination / scheduling

　　Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

　　Demonstrate strong commercial intensity.

　　Team player with strong communication, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and ownership of tasks

　　Ability to manage multiple interfaces and prioritize work.

　　Familiarity with SAP applications a plus

　　Strong mentor and coach
