Description:

　　Candidates will be completing bids for HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing construction projects. Candidates will be doing take offs to identify costs. Candidates will be doing some conceptual estimating. Candidates will be working with PMs to select any subs.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Candidates need at least 1-3 years experience of estimating. Any mechanical, electrical, or plumbing experience is a plus. Candidates need experience with AutoCAD; Hydro CAD, so any experience with that would be a huge plus. We need a candidate that wants to take the next step in their career. Candidates will be putting together bids for construction projects.
