About the Role
Applies general understanding of company products, processes, and capabilities to assist in the creation of technical presentations and publications. Confers with the engineering community to gather technical data. Uses data to develop the technical basis for business cases.
Your Responsibilities
• Reviews materials, recommends revisions and applies creative thought to scope, format, content, and methods of presentation.
• Organizes material for clarity, conciseness, style and terminology.
• Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agenda, reserve and prepare facilities and record meeting minutes as necessary.
• Effectively plans projects and executes based on a timeline.
• Cross trains with co-workers to understand critical job functions and act as backup when required.
• Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Who we are looking for
• Some related experience preferred
• Highly motivated to work, learn, and teach
Your preferred qualifications
• High School Diploma
• Currently Attending a College or University
• Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong technical and analytical competence in select areas of technology
• Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer
