Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk for a temporary position (4-8 weeks) at our Oklahoma City office. The ideal candidate must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and possess excellent organizational skills. You will be responsible for entering and updating information into our company databases and systems. This role requires a high level of accuracy and the ability to work independently.

THIS POSITION IS 100% ON SITE

DURATION: 4-8 weeks

LOCATION: NW OKC

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input data into spreadsheets, databases, and other systems

Review data for errors or inconsistencies and resolve discrepancies

Update existing data to ensure accuracy and completeness

Utilizing 10 Key Skills to ensure accurate data input

Generate reports using Microsoft Excel as required

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Perform basic administrative tasks as needed to support the team

Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in data entry tasks

• Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Skilled in email correspondence

• Proficient in typing and performing calculations

• Excellent customer service skills

• 10 Key Skills are necessary

• Experience in organizing files and scanning documents

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Good communication skills

• High attention to detail

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

• Availability to work during standard business hours

• High school diploma or equivalent.
