ANR Group Inc is accepting resumes for an ES&H Specialist Located in Ogden, UT.

　　Initially anticipated to be a one-year assignment with the potential for extension. The hourly rate range for this position is $34-$74 per hour (plus full benefits) with overtime paid at time and ½ for hours worked over 40 in one week.

　　DESCRIPTION OF WORK -- SPECIFIC

　　Executes assignments involving significant safety and health issues and risks, using judgment and experience in the application of scientific techniques and plans to reduce the potential for adverse impacts.Integrates safety and health requirements into proposals, planning documents, design, construction, commissioning and startup, operations, schedules, procurement, and subcontract documents.Provides input on bid decisions, proposal development, and estimates (scope, constraints, schedules, budgets) with respect to integration and compliance with safety and health requirements.Interprets requirements and provides technical assistance within ES&H teams and to other project groups regarding risk and hazard assessment, plan preparation, and ES&H program execution.Researches issues and regulatory requirements, performs studies and risk assessments, and prepares documentation and reports.Performs safety studies, risk assessments, and other safety and health reviews.Drafts and helps implement the project Safety and Health Management Plan, associated plans and procedures, and training program.Helps establish emergency preparedness and performs incident investigations.Helps identify stakeholders and resolve their concerns.Provides input to other project groups, so that safety and health requirements are integrated within project planning, design, construction plans, procurement, and subcontracts.Participates in meetings, as required, with customers, project team members, and contractors/subcontractors to advise them of environmental, safety and health requirements.Conducts inspections and monitoring to help evaluate ES&H performance, identify corrective actions, and confirm compliance with contract, regulatory, project, and client requirements.Develops safety and health communication through publications, flyers, posters, signs, banners, and other communication media.Analyzes data, tracks ES&H performance and trends, and prepares technical reports.Supports other ES&H team members and tasks associated with all three ES&H disciplines.

　　Specialized knowledge in a safety specialty (e.g., Personal Protective Equipment, lockout/tagout, fall protection, excavation, People-Based Safety) or engineering (e.g., civil, process safety, mechanical) or related disciplines.Knowledge of safety management, monitoring programs, principles, and methodologies.Knowledge of safety and health laws and regulations and applicable agencies' permitting processes and responsibilities.
