We're seeking a highly skilled Equipment Engineer to be a key player in our new manufacturing equipment team. This team is dedicated to developing cutting-edge equipment for the production of electrodes, a critical component of Form Energy's revolutionary energy storage solutions.As an Equipment Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, developing sustaining strategies for first of its kind equipment. Your role extends to working on equipment substation prototypes to define architecture and processes.

　　This opportunity is based out of Form Energy's Eighty Four, PA facility. Relocation assistance is available.What you'll do:

　　Define preventive maintenance activities on automated equipment.

　　Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement initiatives.

　　Oversee and maintain pneumatic, mechanical and hydraulic systems, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

　　Provide hands-on support for high-volume manufacturing operations.

　　Optimize equipment settings for quality and throughput in collaboration with production teams.

　　Implement upgrades and modifications to enhance station performance.What you'll bring:

　　Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

　　Proven experience in equipment engineering within a manufacturing environment.

　　In-depth knowledge of automated equipment, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and high-volume manufacturing processes.

　　Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.

　　Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
