　　Tax Preparer/Entry Level Accountant

　　We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Tax Preparer/Entry Level Accountant. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and assisting in basic accounting tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in accounting and gain valuable experience in tax preparation.

　　Tax Preparation:

　　Prepare and complete individual and business tax returns accurately and in a timely manner.

　　Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.

　　Review financial records, such as income statements and documentation, to determine applicable deductions and credits.

　　Client Interaction:

　　Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and answer basic tax-related queries.

　　Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor during client interactions.

　　Documentation and Record Keeping:

　　Maintain organized and detailed records of financial transactions.

　　File and store tax-related documents securely.

　　Research and Stay Informed:

　　Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.

　　Conduct research to resolve tax-related issues and provide accurate information to clients.

　　Collaboration:

　　Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

　　Collaborate with senior accountants to learn and grow in the role.

　　Entry-level position; prior internship or coursework in accounting is a plus but not required.

　　Pursuing or willing to pursue relevant certifications (e.g., Enrolled Agent, CPA) is desirable.
