  You Are:

  The Enterprise Solution Architect Senior Manager assists in identifying the current technology landscape and advising on and implementing modernization efforts. They offer new and proven design options to maximize the technology improvement efforts to provide rapid improvement over time. They assist in targeting fast results and solutioning a path for success on each delivered win while maintaining a holistic view of the architecture.

  The Work

  Modernization efforts could include Robotic Process Automation, shift to the cloud, cross-domain security and integration, and environment wrapping with development platforms

  Own the overall solution blueprint and roadmap, work closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate solution design

  Here's What You Need:

  Masters Degree

  15+ years of Technical Consulting experience

  10+ years of experience in one or more of the following: supporting ITIL frameworks and concepts to include Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and/or Knowledge Management

  10+ years experience translating client requirements into solutions that create value

  10+ years experience architecting in complex environments

  SAFe Architect certification

  Bonus Points If:

  Strong written and verbal communication skills

  Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders

  Excellent people management and relationship development skills

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.   Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role :

  California: $ 156,000 - $296,100

  Colorado: $ 156,00 - $255,900

  New York: $ 144,500 - $296,100

  Washington State: $ 166,100 - $272,300
