V2X is in search of candidates for a contract set-up team in our new environment. Ideal candidates are self-driven with the ability to pivot under changing circumstances. Being capable of developing a standard training curriculum is a plus.
Basic Responsibilities:
Analyze, interpret, and populate contract data with modifications into SAP.
Review and populate contract structure to ensure both bookings and billings can be processed, including but not limited to setting the correct item category for the appropriate contract type, CLIN/SLIN and ACRN setup, contract clause, and other contract flow-down details.
Track funding by billing and contract requirements.
Maintain regular contact with multiple internal functional groups to solve contract discrepancies.
Verify contracts are loaded accurately and efficiently and comply with FAR regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business AND +8 years of related experience.
Experience with MS Office, Word, Excel (formulas, functions, and Pivot Tables), and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Preferred skills:
Experience using SAP
Contract management experience
Ability to work cross-functionally with many departments
Experience meeting deadlines and working in a schedule-driven environment
Experience developing and leading small team projects
Knowledge of FAR/DFARs, Government web-based tools (MOCAS, WAWF, EDA)
The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
USD $ 137k - $168K
