　　Position Specific Description

　　Our Smart Grid Department is looking for a Senior Project Manager – Fiber to join their team in Miami, FL. In this role, you will support project implementation for fiber construction in the Miami Dade area. This role will primarily be field based with responsibility for project management and construction crew oversight.

　　Key Requirements:

　　• Knowledge of fiber restoration and field construction

　　• Knowledge with turn-up and isolation of troubles on Nokia fiber-optic equipment

　　• At least three (3) years’ experience with fiber and telecommunications field

　　• Experience supervising Contractors

　　• Ensures contractor safety and participation through attendance and review, tailboards, field risk assessments plu oversees observation reviews

　　• Be able to work extended hours when necessary

　　• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

　　Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis

　　Identifies issues and challenges, measures and validates results, and implements solutions

　　Provides information to internal and external clients on moderate to complex issues

　　Creates and communicates presentation materials for report out and updates with various levels of internal and external stakeholders

　　Conducts external research and stays abreast of new developments or innovative advancements pertaining to the project

　　Provides coaching, leadership and direction to project team

　　Performs other job-related duties as assigned

　　High School Grad / GED

　　Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience

　　Experience: 4+ years

　　Master's Degree
