　　Position Title:    Enterprise Risk and Compliance Manager

　　Job Description: Manage company enterprise risk management by leading functional and business teams to identify, assess, quantify, aggregate, and mitigate exposures through the identification of key and emerging risks and evaluate alignment with risk strategy and appetite. Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the global compliance data analytics in partnership with E&C counsel, Internal Audit, IT, Finance, and other functions; data analytics includes using the monitoring data and other compliance-related inputs to identify issues, root causes, and trends and develop solutions that will prevent potential violations, drive adherence with legal requirements and policies, and continuously improve the global compliance program. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and related metrics to measure and improve the company's compliance performance and the effectiveness and efficiency of the compliance program. Prepare reports and communications for presentation to the Board, senior leaders and other stakeholders regarding risk drivers, mitigation activities, and compliance performance. Conduct mergers and acquisition (M&A) compliance due diligence and lead E&C team in the integration of acquired businesses. Position is fixed location based in Beachwood, OH office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed up to two (2) days per week.

　　Job Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Law or a directly related field plus five (5) years of experience as a Controller, Audit Manager, Compliance Manager, or related occupation.

　　Must have five (5) years of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

　　Risk managementData analyticsFinance/internal audit and anti-corruption/anti-bribery complianceExperience with financial and planning systems including Oracle and SAP ERPs* *

　　Must have four (4) years of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

　　Project management experience
