Description

　　Robert Half has joined forces with a well-respected company to look for a team-oriented Bookkeeper for immediate hire. If you have worked with A/P, A/R, General ledger, and financial reporting, then you may be the right candidate for this Bookkeeper opportunity. This is a contract to hire position is a great opportunity for a bookkeeper who wants to work in the Coarsegold, California area. Hours are part time and flexible.

　　How you will make an impact

　　Maintain and balance general ledger

　　Manage a well-organized system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures

　　Maintain quality historical records by filing documents

　　Craft Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits

　　Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

　　Balance accounts by reconciling entries

　　Support accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

　　Requirements - Prior experience working with accounting software

　　Expertise in General Accounting

　　Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)

　　Foundational knowledge in Accounts Receivable (AR)

　　Solid understanding of general ledger

　　Data entry experience highly desired

　　Adeptness in Quickbooks Online

　　Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

　　BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
