Key responsibilities include:
Perform basic preventive maintenance on copiers, printers and fax equipment at various locationsRespond to customer request for service and/or supplies within allotted time (paper jams, toner replacement, color calibration, paper tray refills, etc.)Installation, move and removal of copiers, printers and fax equipment.Contact equipment providers for service as necessaryMaintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detailMaintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitudeDemonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environmentConsistently adhere to business procedure guidelinesTake direction from supervisor or site managerPerform other tasks as assigned and participate in cross-trainingAdhere to all safety procedures We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
