Public Partnerships LLC (PPL) supports individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses and aging adults to remain in their homes and communities through self-directed care. Our role as the nation’s largest and most experienced Financial Management Service provider is to assist those eligible Medicaid recipients to choose and pay for their own support workers and services within their state-approved personalized budget. Duties Responsibilities:
Manages and tracks new participant and provider enrollment processing and integration operations, ensuring adherence to department and contract requirements and service levels.
Responsible for productivity and quality of enrollment processing activities; including electronic, online and paper forms.
Oversees new enrollment validation and verification activities, including credentialing, employment eligibility, employer registration, program and service qualification reviews and registration requests.
Identifies and executes opportunities for improvement to on-going enrollment operations and quality performance activities.
Collaborates closely with other customer experience teams to manage operations, implement process improvements, and facilitate change management requests. Oversee development of related level of effort assessments as necessary.
Promotes and facilitates adoption of new and expanded program processing and integration initiatives internally and externally.
Monitors and owns processing and integration outcomes, ensuring consistency, efficiency and compliance in quality and results.
Leads weekly status updates and monthly status reports with both internal project teams and external clients.
Prepares and presents short-term and long-term reports on processing and integration performance.
Prepares and reports on processing and integration team performance and results to Senior and Executive leadership.
Provides coaching, training, and development to collaborating operations teams and internal staff
Required Skills:

Ability to be highly flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing work conditions.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in business, business administration, accounting, social work, public policy, or other directly relevant degree preferred, or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
5+ years of Supervisory and management experience required.
Working Conditions:
Office setting. Weekend and evening work may be required.
Supervisory Responsibility:
Responsible for enrollment team’s support operations and services-based work.
Responsible for annual assessments, goals, and professional development of staff.
Responsible for leading team members within specific initiatives.
Responsible for directly supervising a team of Processing Integration Supervisor(s) and indirectly supervising a team of 30-50 staff conducting processing and integration activities.
Indirect supervision of teams and resources as part of overarching deliverables.
