　　** $500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successful completion of first 90 days)**Position: Employment & Training Support Professional 1 – Full Time

　　Location: West Springfield, MA

　　Rate of Pay: $18.00 per hour

　　Hours: 40 hours per week

　　Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:30pm

　　Summary:

　　The Support Professional 1 provides orientation, training, and supervision of individual members in the program by implementing employment plans designed to maximize worker progress and assure jobs are performed to specifications.. Assists members with setting and achieving goals, monitors progress, and provides person centered services. Fosters positive relationships with all stakeholders through information, education, and advocacy. Qualifications:

　　High School/GED

　　Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and a reliable vehicle

　　Requirements:

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

　　Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have solid time management skills.

　　Ability to use computers including various Microsoft systems and email

　　Valid driver’s license, good driving record, willingness to transport program members in personal and/or agency vehicle.

　　Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, and community organizations.
