We have an outstanding career opportunity for aField Service Technicianto join a leading Company. This is a remote position.

　　Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000

　　Responsibilities :

　　Communicate and deliver superior customer service daily

　　Self-Manage while onsite at the Customer facility and during travel

　　Install/start-up/repair equipment maintained in various field locations

　　Perform routine maintenance on customer equipment

　　Test equipment to troubleshoot issues

　　Complete required documentation for all start-ups, installations, and repairs

　　Inspect equipment in the field and recommend Preventive Maintenance (PM) contracts

　　Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure proper customer service is being delivered

　　Conduct testing of customer materials

　　Assist with parts inventory count, as required

　　Maintain Expense reports and time sheets

　　Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner, and follow up to ensure resolution

　　Follow communication procedures and guidelines

　　Basic Hiring Criteria :

　　Minimum 5 years of experience in the field

　　Experience with PLC's (Allen Bradley preferred)

　　Electrical Knowledge

　　Mechanical Knowledge

　　Industrial Equipment Knowledge (Manufacturing)

　　Desired Qualifications :

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　Ability to prioritize and manage time; attention to detail to spot issues and complete accurate field reports

　　Possesses an energetic, outgoing & friendly demeanor

　　Self-motivated and self-directed

　　Organizational skills to keep tools and paperwork organized & Ability to work independently or with a team

　　Customer oriented and able to adapt/respond to different types of customers

　　Computer and technical skills to understand the equipment fully

　　Requirements and Skills - Electrical

　　Experienced with customer service experience from a technical aspect

　　Experience in working with PLC, Control voltage wiring, VFDs, and High voltage (480V,575V) preferred

　　Knowledge of industrial equipment (Conveyors, Blowers, Ductwork, Box Dumpers, etc)

　　Ability to use electrical test equipment preferred

　　Ability to read and understand Electrical Schematics

　　Ability to navigate, read, add to, and upload and install PLC programs, preferred

　　Knowledge of Hydraulics is preferred

　　Control voltage Troubleshooting skills

　　Requirements and Skills - Mechanical

　　Experienced with customer service from a technical aspect

　　Experience in welding and fabrication is preferred

　　Ability to use grinders, mag drills, torches, as well as most power tools

　　Knowledge of industrial equipment (conveyors, blowers, ductwork, box dumpers, etc)

　　Knowledge in replacing bearings, shafts, rotors, welding, grinding, cutting, installation of conveyor belts, installation of drive belts, gearbox removal, installation, rigging, and any other industrial mechanical-related duties

　　Knowledge of hydraulics

　　Mechanical troubleshooting skills
