JOB REQUIREMENTS: Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an entry-level attorneyto join the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Groupin the Business Law Department, preferably in our Chicago, Milwaukee, orWashington, D.C. office. Dallas and Houston offices may be consideredbased on business need. A qualified candidate must have a strongdemonstrated interest in the employee benefits and executivecompensation area. Background in benefits and executive compensation ispreferred but not required. We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic,team-oriented and highly-motivated entry-level attorney who is willingto support the strategic goals of our Business Law Department andEmployee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group. To beconsidered, a candidate must have top academics and very strong writing,drafting, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude,willingness to learn and improve, and dedication to serving our clientsare essential. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from anABA-approved law school and be enrolled in a Tax LL.M. program at anABA-approved law school. A candidate must be in good standing and anactive member of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) in which they areadmitted to practice. Timely admission to the state Bar corresponding tothe office of hire will be a condition of employment.
