The Manager,Payer Contracting will be responsible for the management of pharmacycontracts for Lumicera and its partners. The primary responsibility isto drive growth and profitability for Lumicera through effectivecontract administration. This position leader with experience onboardingnew pharmacy payers and operationalizing payer contract requirements.Responsible for implementing the strategy for the pharmacy payerorganization sector driving revenue enhancement through partnershipswith pharmacy payers and developing value propositions for the payercommunity. The Manager, Payer Contracting will evaluate the valueobtained from each pharmacy contract and will be responsible to ensurecompliance with all contractual obligations of such contracts. TheManager, Payer Contracting assists with addressing reimbursement issues,audit review, and managing all personnel responsible for payercontracting and payer audits. The Manager, Payer Contracting handlesnegotiations as well as other pharmacy related projects and initiativesacross all lines of business and geographies (Commercial, Medicare andmanaged Medicaid). The position will work with multiple departments tofulfill the responsibilities of this role with respect to pharmacyservices including necessary administrative duties required to maintaincompliance with all state and federal regulations.
