　　Positions Contributions to Work Group:

　　This role is for an HIL engineering. The HIL engineer will set up HILsystems, do plant modeling for the HIL and test software that is beingreleased.

　　Some harness development may be required.

　　Typical task breakdown:

　　Setting up HIL hardware

　　Developing plant models

　　Testing software

　　Documenting test results

　　Interaction with team:

　　Daily interaction with other HIL team members

　　Needs to interact with software developers and team leads to understandnew software features

　　Work environment:

　　Office/soft lab environment. No PPE required

　　Education & Experience Required:

　　BS EE, CE or ME or related engineering degree

　　2-4 year experience relevant to software development or testing

　　Relevant Masters or above will be considered as two years experience noadditional work experience required.

　　Technical Skills

　　Understanding of HIL systems

　　Use of Matlab / Simulink

　　(Desired)

　　Experience with GIT

　　Experience with Python

　　Understanding of electric drives or power electronics

　　Soft Skills

　　Good communication skills

　　Self starter

　　Will to work with others
