　　Job Duties -

　　We are seeking candidates with prior product and software development leadership experience to:

　　Lead multiple complex projects

　　Participate in software and hardware technical reviews

　　Develop and manage the completion of customer documentation for software deliverables

　　Have prior experience in complex engineering product and electrical, mechanical, and software development

　　Ensure customer and internal project requirements are documented, planned, implemented, and tested

　　Responsible for communication and escalation of key issues affecting: cost, quality, timing, resources, risk, technical trade-offs, etc. to management

　　Meet key internal and customer milestone dates

　　Have a high level of organization skills and attention to detail

　　Skills in communication, project scheduling, and management of software

　　Experience with mature product/ software development processes

　　Lead software project team meetings (Scrums and Release Planning)

　　Experienced with blending Agile and Waterfall Program Management

　　Job Requirements -

　　Required Skills:

　　5+ years experience in a embedded engineering environment

　　Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex projects

　　Skills in communication, project scheduling, and management of software and complex products

　　Desired Skills & Experience -

　　Plus:

　　Automotive Industry

　　PMP and/or Scrum Certification

　　Experienced with blending Agile and Waterfall Program Management
