  Data Analytics - CS Operations Intern

  You will coordinate normal dispatch of the CSE’s, the appointments with the customer and documentation of all calls/requests that come in from Customers for corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, Application trainings.

  In addition, you will provide support functions for several offices aiding in meeting customers’ needs during critical times to ensure performance demands.

  Responsibilities:

  You will support us to drive digitalization and process optimization to improve our workflows and interfaces

  You will assist with order processing (creating, tracking, and clarifying orders and deliveries) in order to gain the knowledge required to drive data analytics and digitalization

  You will assist the Customer Care Center team in daily tasks

  You will support us to improve our monitoring reports and to develop new power BI dashboards and Power Applications

  Qualifications:

  You are studying Management Information Systems, business informatics, or a related course of study

  You are very familiar with Microsoft Office products, especially Power BI, Power Apps and Excel is a must

  Ideally, you also have expertise in databases, VBA programming.

  Profile:

  You are still student and enrolled to a university in UAE (must)

  You will be available for at least 6 months, preferably longer

  You are open minded, communicative and have organizational skills

  You have an affinity for digitalization and process optimization

  Your way of working is reliable, independent, and structured
