　　Position Summary:

　　Embark on a thrilling journey with us as an Electronics R&D Engineer. In this role, you will be instrumental in the R&D product development of medical devices, IVDs, and associated accessories. As a key contributor, you will be shaping the future of innovative solutions that impact lives.

　　What You Will Do:

　　Innovate Design Solutions:

　　Develop ingenious design solutions aligned with best practices and engineering techniques.

　　Tackle challenging problems through active participation in Root Cause Analysis investigations.

　　Engineering Expertise:

　　Apply basic engineering calculations, circuit simulations, and tolerance analysis to enhance product development.

　　Contribute to the design of novel concepts for products and circuits, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

　　PCBA Design Mastery:

　　Utilize PADS or Altium to create, develop, store, and control PCBA designs and cable forms, ensuring precision in every detail.Testing Protocols:

　　Implement and execute rigorous testing protocols on components and assemblies to guarantee reliability and performance.

　　Perform Verification testing, including reliability testing, ensuring the readiness of product designs for release.

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

　　Proven experience in R&D product development, preferably in the medical devices or IVD industry.

　　Proficiency in using design tools such as PADS or Altium for PCBA design.

　　Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

　　Excellent documentation skills, including the generation of detailed specifications and design packages.

　　Ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
