You\'ll also work closely with our engineers andproduction members to make important upgrades to our productionmachinery, as innovate and grow our business. 2nd shiftElectro-Mechanical Technician Maintenance Department Position OverviewYou will be directly involved in the Reliability and Maintenance of theequipment and processes we use to produce our great tasting sausage.This position will not only be involved in maintaining currentequipment, but it will allow you to apply Reliability CenteredMaintenance (RCM) techniques and concepts on our way to helpingJohnsonville become the \"Best Company in the World.\" Essential Duties/ Responsibilities * Apply RCM techniques to improve the performance ofa variety of production equipment * Perform maintenance of utilityequipment * Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems on variousproduction and utility equipment and apply RCA techniques to improve andeliminate future problems * Work on projects (i.e. machining,fabrication, Capital projects and working with outside vendors) * Helpgather information to create technical equipment data for development ofpreventative maintenance information for SAP * Assist with newequipment installation and/or equipment relocation * Maintainfacilities and equipment to meet Johnsonville, OSHA and U.S.D.A.standards * Be part of teams that implement ideas to improve uptime ofplant equipment through equipment modifications, layout adjustments, andgeneral machine maintenance * Preventive maintenance of all plantequipment * Maintain/monitor inventory system for plant and utilityequipment * Improve uptime on plant equipment through machinemodification, layout adjustments, and general machine maintenance *Maintain all utility areas in a neat/orderly fashion * Ability toperform responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner OtherRequirements * External Candidates Only: Ability to pass apre-employment, post offer drug screen, physical and background checkLocation: Watertown, WI Coach for this position: Rick Stegeman, 2ndshift Maintenance Team Leader (We don\'t have bosses at Johnsonville.
