　　About the Job

　　Design, oversee installation of, and startup electrical and process control systems in support of capital projects. Work with Process Engineers to optimize process control systems. Work with electrical engineering team to develop and execute power system design, industrial control system, and advanced process control projects.

　　Requirements

　　BS in Electrical Engineering or related field with commensurate experience is required.

　　0 to 5 years of process and operations management experience

　　Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels in the organization.

　　Good presentation skills.

　　Computer drafting skills.

　　PLC programming skills.

　　Rockwell Automation products preferred.

　　Networking skills preferred.

　　AVEVA/Wonderware skills preferred.

　　Essential Functions

　　Lead simple capital projects.

　　Develop and manage project scope, budget, and schedule.

　　Develop and present cost/benefit analysis.

　　Coordinate installation with internal and external resources.

　　Assist with complex capital projects.

　　Learn and improve control strategy for core business discipline.

　　Develop control/programming strategies following MLC programming standards.

　　Install new instruments per MLC instrument standards.

　　Assist with power distribution system design and management projects.

　　Energy flow analysis

　　Arc flash analysis.

　　Firm capacity analysis

　　Update electrical documentation.

　　Participate in multilevel and cross-functional teams.

　　Employees are expected to perform other responsibilities as needed.
