Day Habilitation Program Manager

Location: Egg Harbor Township, NJ (This is not a remote position)

Program: Adult Day HabilitationImmediate Supervisor:Director of Program Services

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experiencedDay Habilitation Program Managerfor our Adult Day Habilitation program inEgg Harbor Township, NJ. This is anin-person, full-time position with responsibilities that include overseeing the daily operations of the program, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, and leading a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and a passion for improving the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Oversight: Ensure program meets all standards for records, medication, and safety.

Operations: Oversee daily program functions and supervise DSPs and Lead DSPs.

ISP Development: Attend meetings, complete worksheets, and update ISP reports.

Communication: Maintain regular contact with families, group homes, guardians, and support coordinators.

Employee Development: Conduct employee orientations, training, and performance reviews.

Program Scheduling: Develop and maintain person-centered monthly schedules and activity records.

Community Engagement: Identify and create community opportunities for participants.

Financial Management: Oversee program finances, receipts, and petty cash reconciliation.

Incident Reporting: Complete UIRs and report incidents to management.

Documentation Tracking: Ensure accurate documentation in electronic health records (Therap).

Transportation: Coordinate timely pick-up and drop-off for participants.

Inventory Management: Maintain program supplies and submit orders as needed.

Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance meetings and follow up on tasks.

Other Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Program Services.

Qualifications

Minimum age of 21 years.

Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Experience managing a day habilitation program or similar operations.

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Valid driver’s license.
