DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:Job SummaryThe EHR Program Manager will lead our Epic engagement initiatives. In this role, the EHR Program Manager will lead data exchange initiatives related to our Epic system implementation and work closely with our provider engagement team. In this role, EHR Program Manager will oversee the integration of data between Epic and other health IT systems, serving as a liaison between technical, clinical, and provider engagement teams.
Responsibilities* Manage all aspects of planning, building, testing, and deployment of data integration processes between Epic and other systems.* Collaborate with provider engagement team to understand provider workflow, data needs, and training requirements.* Partner with provider engagement team to develop and deliver training on new data exchange processes to providers. Training* Utilize data analytics to validate data accuracy and completeness pre and post-integration based on provider feedback.* Communicate technical specifications, requirements, and data exchange changes clearly to providers through engagement team. BSA* Identify new opportunities for data exchange to support provider needs in consultation with engagement team.* Stay aligned with provider engagement team on timelines, milestones, and rollout plans.* Attend provider engagement meetings to share data exchange updates and gather provider feedback.* Maintain open communication channels between technical, clinical, and provider engagement teams.
Qualifications:EducationBachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with a focus on Epic system integration and clinical program management.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities * Strong understanding of Epic systems and their applications within healthcare settings.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.* Leadership experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.* Knowledge of one or more of the following: HEDIS, NCQA, Risk Adjustment, governing and regulatory agency requirements, and the managed care industry* Analytical and problem-solving abilities.* Proven track record of successful program management.
