Responsibilities

Provides excellent quality care in the role of an EEG Tech and assists with cardiac procedures for patients at Chandler Regional Medical Center. This candidate is generally not a registered EEG technologist.

Must be able to perform basic neurology procedures; EEG

Critical thinking skills are evident in providing patient care as demonstrated through direct observation and feedback. Assesses critical care patients and monitors status. Documentation is completed appropriately.

Assists with Cardiology procedures (EKG, Stress Testing, Muse Editing, etc.) as required.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum:

HS Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience required

American Heart Association-issued BLS card

Preferred:

Minimum of 3 years experience performing EEG's

3 years experience performing pediatric EEGs

3 years experience performing ambulatory EEGs

Skilled in EKGs and Stress Tests

Pay Range

$43.69 - $43.69 /hour
