　　Job Description

　　Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Systems, the Systems Analyst will work with the business and our state-of-the-art IT department, to identify and implement EDI solutions that enable and support the business. In this role, you will have a direct impact on our business and IT operations’ success, and we value that! 　　Key Accountabilities

　　Provide business user support by helping troubleshoot business application or business process issues

　　Assist other business analysts and/or developers in determining innovative solutions to meet business needs

　　Provide assistance in setting up application configurations and controls

　　Help business users execute test scripts for system, integration and/or user acceptance testing

　　Provide assistance to the business users in defining and documenting requirements for system improvements

　　Help in developing positive customer relationships which makes it possible to influence positive change and contribute to collaboration in defining and implementing IT solutions

　　Work with other analysts to provide operational consulting to business groups in the use of their systems to support effective business processes.

　　Qualifications/Requirements

　　Bachelor’s degree required

　　3+ year of EDI experience required

　　Ecommerce experience a plus

　　Oracle ERP experience helpful

　　Ability to articulate your thoughts in a clear and concise manner to both business users and developers through written or oral correspondence, presentations and/or meetings required
