Description: For test and production aircraft, plans and administers tests for ground and flight tests, performs system and functional tests, trains customers, develops and compiles flight manuals and assists in improving, evaluating and developing specifications in the activities of flight engineering, navigation, flight safety and escape procedures, cargo loading, airfield and air traffic control, radio communications, electronics and avionics.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience / combined education.

　　Previous experience with sUAS

　　Part 107 qualified UAS pilot

　　Desired Skills:

　　Bachelors degree from an accredited college in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, software engineering, systems engineering, or related discipline, with 2 years relevant experience;

　　- Strong written, communication, and presentation skills

　　- Experience defining Technical Performance Metrics and Requirements Verification Traceability Matrices

　　- Experience developing and executing flight test programs and air worthiness certifications

　　- Experience interfacing with customers

　　- Experience developing and delivering training materials

　　Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

　　Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
