Description: Engineering Aide will provide support to engineers on a variety of technical tasks including troubleshooting, documenting issues, and repairing equipment. Engineering Aide will need to learn general fabrication processes such as soldering, crimping, connector pin replacement, assembly, repair documentation, repair verification, etc.

　　This position requires domestic travel up to 20% of the time.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　• High School diploma

　　• Good working knowledge of Windows based systems and Microsoft products - Specifically Excel

　　• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn a variety of new skills and tools

　　• Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance, therefore, U.S. Citizenship is required

　　AGILE experience

　　JIRA experience

　　Solder

　　Crimping

　　Connector pin replacement

　　Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

　　Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
