We are looking for part-time drivers in the North Lake County areasincluding Christmas Valley, Silver Lake and Fort Rock. We transportriders from North Lake to nearby cities such as Lakeview, LaPine, Bendand Redmond. Trips are offered to driver\'s and is their choice toaccept! We transport Monday through Friday with various start and endtimes. We provide safe vehicles, fuel, paid training and an opportunityto help your community! We\'re looking for drivers that are friendly,caring, positive, patient, calm, reliable, responsive to change andpunctual. Other aspects we\'re looking for: -Valid Oregon Driver\'sLicense - Class B OR Class C - Ability to transport seniors and thosewith disabilities from home to medical appointments, pharmacies,shopping, and congregate meals - Flexibility between scheduled hours of6am - 6pm Mon-Fri with occasional evening and/or weekends - Ability towork independently and exercise good judgment - Assist passengers withboarding and disembarking from vehicles as needed - Secure mobility aids(including wheelchairs) and cargo - Conduct and document daily vehicleinspections, keep travel logs, report all safety and maintenanceissues. - Keep vehicles fueled, clean and maintained - Ensure riderscomply with the Rider\'s Guide, including using pro-social language andbehavior - Maintain confidentiality and abide with HIPAA requirementsDrivers report to the Transportation Coordinator who assigns trips,rides, routes, and vehicle assignments. Employer will perform abackground check.
