　　Our client is searching for a Fully Remote Bilingual Collections Specialist for and immediate start!

　　On a daily basis the Bilingual Collections Specialist will be responsible for but not limited to the following job duties:

　　• Maintain daily communication with Reporting Manager.

　　• Knowledge with Credit Analysis methods, (D& B & Financial Statement Analysis minimum).

　　• Good with Accounts Receivables reconciliation.

　　• Good with Collections methods in order to achieve quarterly company Cash and DSO Goals.

　　• Prepare and review monthly cash forecast with the management.

　　• Assess problem accounts and involve management for resolution.

　　• Approve quotes And Sales Orders.

　　• Initiate credit memos/refunds/adjustment in order to maintain A/R aging integrity as needed.

　　• Assist Customer Service department on customer issues related to credit and collections.

　　• Provide invoices to customer Upon Customer’s Request.

　　• Able to work in a multi-task, fast paced business environment.

　　• Expected to maintain a “do whatever needs to be done to generate cash flow and also preserving our customer’s relationship” attitude toward the company’s primary objectives

　　Job Requirements:

　　• Bilingual in Spanish and English

　　• Minimum of 3-5 Years credit and collections experience.

　　• Ability to communicate effectively.

　　• Ability to read financial statements and conduct financial analysis

　　• Understand and interpret financial ratios, with a special focus on liquidity analysis and ratios.

　　• Must have in depth knowledge of Excel.

　　• Must be comfortable asking people to pay

　　• Previous experience and knowledge of Oracle and Noetix.

　　• High level Excel skills. FMVA or other certifications that combine Excel and Financial Analysis are great.

　　• Knowledge of macros inside and outside of Excel.

　　• Oracle Software highly preferred.

　　Prior experience working with collections/accounting software

　　Ability to analyze customer accounts and make decisions based on those analyses

　　Cash applications experience

　　Aging Accounts experience

　　Previous experience working with Dun & Bradstreet

　　Proven knowledge of Aging Reports

　　Well-founded grasp of credit analysis

　　Commercial credit experience

　　Wide ranging experience with Commercial Collections

　　Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)

　　Quality experience with Collections

　　General familiarity with account reconciliation

　　Good understanding of Credit Worthiness

　　Comprehensive knowledge of credit collections

　　Earlier work involving B2B collections

　　Practical knowledge of commercial collections

　　3+ years of prior high volume collections experience
