The company is a leading player in the construction industry committed to delivering excellence in every project. We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to contribute to the efficient management of data crucial to our operations.

　　Responsibilities:

　　As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurate and timely entry of data to support various departments within our construction company. Your key responsibilities will include:

　　Data Entry:

　　Input and update project-related data into the company database.

　　Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered.

　　Documentation:

　　Organize and maintain project documentation.

　　Assist in the creation and management of digital and physical filing systems.

　　Communication:

　　Collaborate with project managers and team members to obtain necessary information.

　　Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding data requirements.

　　Quality Assurance:

　　Conduct regular reviews of data entries to identify and correct errors.

　　Work closely with project teams to resolve discrepancies.

　　Reporting:

　　Generate reports and summaries based on data entries.

　　Assist in preparing data for analysis and decision-making.

　　Project Support:

　　Provide administrative support to project managers as needed.

　　Assist in tracking project timelines and milestones.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.

　　High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

　　Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.

　　Strong organizational and time management skills.

　　Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
