Will help with the digital archiving ofrecords and provide support for the accurate and timely processing ofvarious types of records and documents.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Office skills of keyboard and 10-key are required.
- Preferred typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- Preferred 10-key speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour.
- Scan, rename and save documents as directed.
- Understanding of production requirements.
- Attend meetings as required.
- Help other system support staff as assigned.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Pay: \$13.00/hour
Job type/duration: Full-time
Shift: Days; 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
