For our Neuromodulation division, we are recruiting an international Division Human Resources Manage r.
The HR Business Manager will provide consulting and functional expertise on human resource strategies, organisation development, talent management and other business or HR initiatives. Through the design, development and implementation of HR strategies, the HR Manager supports the achievement of business results and sustainable growth.
Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Building trust-based, collaborative, sustainable relationships with executives, managers and customer groups.
Driving the implementation of the HR strategy in support of short and long-term business goals by building relationships across the organisation.
Partnering and consulting with managers to identify and assess human resource needs and identifying opportunities for improving employee and organizational performance
Providing a full range of HR consulting services in partnership with Country HR to problem solve on various HR issues, including employee relations, compensation and rewards, organisational design and development, talent acquisition and performance management.
Working with management to identify internal high potential talent and driving delivery of local development programs for this employee group.
Partnering with HR leaders and managers in creating processes and solutions which support a positive employee relations environment through effective communications, policies and practices.
Providing input to HR leaders in the development of strategic and operating plans as well as input on the budget
To be considered for this role, you need to have the following skills and experience:
University degree in HR or a related field
7+years HR business partner experience in an international company (ideally with regional responsibilities)
Broad knowledge of all HR disciplines with a demonstrated in-depth knowledge in Employee Relations and Talent Development
Demonstrated ability to build consultative, collaborative relationships with managers and co-workers at all levels
Change Management skills
Strong communication, organisational and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated high level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
Excellent analysis and decision making skills
Fluency in English (any additional language is an asset)
Flexibility to travel in the whole region (30-40% travel)
