The Mental Health, Family and Children's Services Senior Project Manageris responsible to direct large complex initiatives or projects for thedepartment. The Mental Health, Family and Children's Services SeniorProject Manager creates, owns and is responsible for project plans,coordinates with internal and external stakeholders as needed, providesoperational leadership, and ensures projects meet the expectations and goalsof the organization.At least initially, the Mental Health, Family and Children's ServicesSenior Project Manager focuses their efforts on driving forward thedevelopment of an entirely new model of care for families that have beenimpacted by addiction. In this role, the Project Manager develops andexecutes a detailed project plan, coordinates - and at times supervises -the efforts of all external partners, Strategic Advisory Board members,subcontractors and vendors, and internal team members, leads researchefforts to inform the model's build, leverages learnings to determine theclinical, operational and financial tenets of the new care model, workswith development to identify and pursue opportunities for fundraising aroundthe model, and ensures outcomes measures are developed and utilized fordecision-making around the model. The Program Manager leads the build of thenew model with strong attention to detail, strategic alignment, financialmanagement and achieving outcomes. They work across a variety of business andtechnical teams to manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere toHazelden Betty Ford Foundation's quality standards.Project ManagementLeadership and CollaborationStrategic Alignment and Partner Relationship ManagementMeasurement and Outcome of Model Build / ProjectsThis is a hybrid opportunity. Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or six years equivalent work experienceMinimum 5 years of experience in project managementPMP, PMI or other project management or Lean certification requiredSuccessful track record of leading programs in a matrix or cross-functionalorganizationStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience building relationships and credibility to influence and improvebusiness outcomesDemonstrated people management / leadership and interpersonal skillsThe ability to advise and lead teams through influence without positionalauthorityA successful track record of leading large and complex programs withmeasurable outcomes that have positively impacted the businessPreferred Qualifications:Experience driving team improvements and operating excellenceMaster's DegreeExperience working in an Agile environment and with Agile approaches toproject management
