　　Accountable for operating bakery-pastry machinery and its associated down-stream equipment. The Bakery Machine Operator will monitor and control the continuous flow of product thru the production process, from mixing ingredients to oven baking to product packaging. The Machine Operator will adjust control panel settings as needed. Collaborate with the team members, maintenance, and supervisor to maintain a safe work environment and adhering to Crown Bakeries GMPs and established procedures.

　　salary: $15.5 - $17 per hour

　　shift: Third

　　work hours: 11 PM - 7:30 AM

　　education: High School

　　Responsibilities

　　Check the divider belts, boards, and sifter in its entirety before running any dough.

　　Spray the dough with oil.

　　Be sure that the lift area is cleared, particularly when the lift is going down. Keep your body

　　clear of the area when moving the lift up or down to avoid incidents.

　　Regularly check the weight of the dough.

　　Verify that the cornmeal and farina sifters are working properly.

　　Regularly inspect the roundness of the dough balls. Notify your supervisor or team leader

　　immediately if you see any issues.

　　Make sure the boards have cornmeal or farina on them at all times to prevent the doughfrom sticking on them.

　　Mark any doughs as required.

　　Maintain a clean work area at all times.

　　Work with the mixer to ensure there are no breaks in the line.

　　Notify your supervisor or leader of any issues with the dough (i.e.: dough is too soft).

　　Check all moving belts to ensure they are running without issues at all times.

　　Notify maintenance and supervisors of any issues immediately.

　　Show your leader everything that doesn't look correct to you about the raw materials,

　　product, equipment and area quality and safety.

　　Ask your area leader questions if you do not understand something.

　　Ask your area leader for help, if you need it.
