Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, A division of IES, is looking for Full-Time Dispatchers.

　　 Previous experience not required but a plus!

　　If you are detail oriented, work well under pressure, and excel in assignments where critical thinking and communication are the highest priority, this is the job for you!

　　Responsibilities

　　Use phone and Service Titan software to send technicians, or other field unit, to appropriate locations

　　Monitor the route and status of technicians to coordinate and prioritize their schedule

　　Provide technicians with information about jobs, traffic, obstacles, and requirements

　　Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other information.

　　Communicate with Construction Managers, Builder Representatives and New Construction Supervisors via phone and email.

　　Schedule new construction HVAC start ups for a designated geographic area and team of technicians.

　　Requirements

　　 Excellent communication skills, including active listening and teamwork.

　　Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced  environment

　　 Service-oriented and able to resolve grievances.

　　 Previous dispatching experience is a plus.

　　 Proficient computer skills and attention to detail

　　 Must be able to work in the evenings.

　　 HVAC/Plumbing dispatch experience a plus

　　SupplyPro/BuildPro experience a plus

　　Service Titan experience a plus
