Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist. This role will be fully onsite and the successful candidate will be playing a crucial part in our financial team, dealing with the processing of invoices, maintaining records, and handling customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and process 100-200 invoices weekly, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Utilize FUND E-Z for the processing of bills and check runs

• Maintain precise records of all customer credit applications

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Input data accurately into our systems and ensure all information is up-to-date

• Run entries and reports as needed for the management team

• Filing documents and maintaining an organized filing system

• Monitor customer accounts and take the necessary action when needed

• Perform bank reconciliations and monthly bank reconciliation tasks

• Use Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required

• Must have considerable experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Check Runs is a significant advantage

• Must be capable of Coding Invoices accurately

• Strong Data Entry skills are essential

• Experience in Invoice Processing is required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must

• Experience with Oracle is highly desirable

• Knowledge of QuickBooks is a significant advantage

• Familiarity with SAP is highly desirable

• Experience with FUND E-Z software is a plus

• Must be capable of performing Bank Reconciliations

• Experience with Monthly Bank Reconciliation is necessary
