　　Responsibilities

　　Answer incoming calls from customers, roadside assistance programs, and other sources.

　　Gather relevant information about the nature of the service request, location, and customer details.

　　Assign appropriate tow trucks and drivers based on the type of service required, location, and priority.

　　Provide clear and accurate directions to drivers to ensure prompt response to service calls.

　　Communicate with customers to confirm service details, estimated arrival times, and any additional information required.

　　Provide updates on the status of dispatched services and address customer inquiries.

　　Maintain accurate and detailed records of service requests, dispatch activities, and customer interactions.

　　Document information for billing, reporting, and future reference.

　　Work closely with tow truck drivers to address any issues, provide support, and facilitate smooth operations.

　　Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance dispatching efficiency and customer satisfaction
