JOB SUMMARY:
The Dispatcher is responsible for planning and scheduling field services within the region. The Dispatcher will work closely with the Aftermarket team. The Dispatcher is also responsible for the field technician’s travel assistance (visas, vaccines, etc.) and site entrance assistance (safety documentation) to be aligned with Customer’s requirements. The Dispatcher will follow up the field service execution steps (field and expenses reports, technician timesheet) and update the assets management systems as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Track incoming service calls and pre-assign the appropriate technician to the job
Coordinate service scheduling with technician and customer
Responsible for researching and completing information required for entry to specific countries or facilities
Manage and update customer database with complete and accurate information
Oversee service technician’s daily schedules and make updates as needed
Respond positively to calls from customers to understand their needs and effectively schedule service calls
Communicate clearly and efficiently with customers and technicians
Maintain the scheduling calendar
Identify and expedite emergencies, reacting quickly under a diverse set of circumstances
Produce regular reports based on field service data
Contribute with continuous improvement of field services systems and processes
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
Associate degree.
Preferred experience in shipping and logistics roles.
Highly self-motivated to complete tasks in a timely manner
General knowledge of Geography
Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks.
Good written skills and strong verbal skills to communicate clearly and fluently:
America’s Dispatcher: English & Spanish or English & Portuguese (required)
EMEA’s Dispatcher: English & Russian or English & Ukrainian (preferred)
Exhibit a positive attitude when working with customers and technicians
Previous dispatching, project management or schedule coordinating experience is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) required
Salesforce knowledge (Field Service Lightning) is a plus.
