　　Job Summary

　　The Conversion Technician is responsible for assisting in the execution of converting the stadium for the various events including installation and removal of the synthetic turf, retractable seating, stages, moving furniture, equipment, inventory, maintenance, and other various duties.

　　Essential Functions

　　Assists in the overall conversion of the Stadium from event to event and the set-up and tear-down tasks in relation to each Stadium event.Assists in the installation, removal and maintenance of the synthetic turf for Stadium eventsAssists in the installation, removal and maintenance of the SEDA Seating system for Stadium eventsAssists in the installation, removal and maintenance of the Stageright decking system for Stadium events.Assist with the set-up and tear-down of all Stadium owned or leased furniture, fixtures, and equipment, including but not limited to; tables, chairs, linens, small risers, stanchions, signage, barricade, k-rail, etc.Operates machinery and equipment to complete all tasks safely, while following proper procedures.Assist in the maintenance and management of equipment inventory and the proper storage of conversion equipment, tools, and supplies and works closely with maintenance to ensure all equipment is accounted for and kept in good working condition.Trains third party laborers in carrying out all conversion tasks and utilizing operational equipment.Supports the daily operations of the Stadium's loading dock.Required Qualifications
