　　We have an immediate opening for a Dispatcher in Deerfield Beach FL. This position will report to both the Dispatch Manager. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction during order taking, dispatching, scheduling of drivers and deliveries, delivery efficiency monitoring, and inter-departmental communications. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for a large concrete supplier in Deerfield Beach. We are looking for someone with construction or concrete dispatch experience and customer service experience.

　　salary: $21 - $22 per hour

　　shift: First

　　work hours: 8 AM - 6 PM

　　education: High School

　　Responsibilities

　　Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　Successfully complete training in concrete manufacturing and customer service (provided).

　　Comply with all company's Safety Policies, attend department and site safety meetings, participate in safety committees and programs (Near miss reporting, STAs, Workplace Exams, Pre-Shift Inspections, etc.)

　　Responsible for order taking, scheduling, dispatching and customer relations.

　　Maintain efficient delivery controls through proper scheduling and accurate order entry into the dispatch system.

　　Monitor external factors such as weather and traffic to ensure optimized routing of resources.

　　Resolve transportation conflicts and handle unusual and difficult customer complaints.

　　Provide customer support to ensure maximum satisfaction.

　　Employ problem solving techniques to resolve complex issues.
