Position Summary/Description:
The Director of the Office of Educational Effectiveness ( OEE ) is responsible for the oversight of four priority areas for the office: Medical Doctorate program evaluation; accreditation; affiliations and adjunct appointments; and medical education scholarship. This position reports to the Senior Director of Curricular Affairs and to the Associate Dean for Educational Effectiveness. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with all OMSE teams and faculty leadership and serves as the program expert in curricular review and improvement and medical education scholarship. The individual in this role manages a team of staff members specializing in accreditation, curriculum data, and affiliations.
Education and Experience:
Master’s degree in data science, statistics, higher education administration, and/or business.
