　　Accomplished company located East of Downtown Houston is in need of an Administrative Assistant on a contract to hire basis. If you're a talented, ambitious Administrative Assistant who's looking for a new challenge, Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for you to check out. You will perform a number of different administrative and office support duties in this Administrative Assistant position.

　　Major responsibilities

　　Tend to word processing, filing, and faxing duties

　　Support a variety of projects for other employees

　　Handle telephone calls

　　Receive and direct visitors

　　Requirements

　　Accomplished computer skills are a must. This includes word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

　　Well-founded grasp of Administrative Office

　　Experience with Administrative Assistance

　　Answering Inbound Calls experience
