　　As you partner with local intermediaries throughout Missouri, Southern and Northern Illinois, and NW Arkansas - you will use your skills to position our products as the ultimate solution for the client. Here are some of the examples of the things you'll do:

　　Drive retirement plan sales throughout the market by calling on advisors to promote the sale of defined contribution and defined benefit products targeted for retirement plans in the 0 - 10M AUM space.

　　Build and establish relationships with financial advisors and third party administrators.

　　Who You Are

　　Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.

　　2+ years of retirement sales experience with deep knowledge on retirement products.

　　Strong work ethic and motivation to meet or exceed established goals.

　　Excellent consultation and presentation skills.

　　Strong understanding of portfolio construction, capital markets, and financial service products.

　　Experience with non-qualified plans, defined benefit and ESOP’s a bonus!

　　Licenses Required within 5 months of employment:

　　Successful Registration as an Investment Company Products/Variable contracts Limited Representative (FINRA Series 6 or equivalent and FINRA Series 63).

　　Resident Life and Health appointment must be attained.

　　Salary Range Information

　　Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

　　Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

　　$80000 - $85000 / year

　　Time Off Program

　　Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
